Uniform

Every student must wear neat and clean uniform along with ID card while in school campus. ie On school days, Term I and II report days, club activities and field trips, representing school at any programme, function, competition and Board exams.

Hair And Accessories

Girls must wear hair bands or tie ribbons or plait their hair if it is longer than shoulder length.
Boys must have a proper hair cut without spikes or other fancy styles.

Girls are allowed to wear a small plain stud earring and not any fancy and colourfulones.

Watch with only black or brown leather strap will be allowed.

The watch should have a simple dial and not a digital one.

School Property And Environment

Students should take special care of furniture ( No scribbling or writing on the desks), curtains, cupboards, laboratory apparatus, library books and sports materials.

Students are not allowed to enter any classroom other than their own during their recreation time.

Every student should be particularly careful to avoid throwing waste paper, fruit peels, pencil, eraser etcout of the windows or on the school ground.

Student must use the class outpassfor movements outside the class or with a written note from the concerned teacher.

Silence must be observed in the corridors and students must refrain from loitering in the school campus

School Calendar

The class teacher signs the home work daily and it is the responsibility of parents too, to sign them every day so that test dates/project/assignment submission dates are known well in advance.

It is the responsibility of the parent to see that a leave note is sent for any leave taken.

Permission ought to be taken from the Principal for not appearing for a test or going out of station.

Students should be punctual to school , any student failing to secure 80% attendance in an academic year will not be allowed to appear for the final examination. In case of illness a doctor’s certificate must be produced but for any other reason prior permission must be sought from the Principal only.

The attendance of all parents at School functions, report days and on month end meetings will be deeply appreciated.

Electronics Gadgets And Printed Materials

Students are not permitted to carry or use any electronic gadgets like cell phones, mp3/mp4 players, i-pods, cameras, handy cams, pen drives etc., within the school premises. If any of these are found with the students it WILL BE CONFISCATED AND NOT RETURNED.

If the student has to carry a cell phone due to an emergency then It has to be deposited with the co-ordinatoror the section supervisor.

Students are strictly prohibited from carrying any printed material in the form of periodicals, novels or any magazines to school which do not bear the seal of the school library.

PARENTS ARE EXPECTED TO CO-OPERATE WITH THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES IN ENFORCING REGULARITY IN SCHOOL WORK, MAINTAINING CONSISTENCY IN DISCIPLINE, IN SEEING THAT THEIR CHILDREN PREPARE THEIR LESSONS AND IN TAKING AN ACTIVE PART IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SCHOOL.
